Delivery policy

Art Box will deliver the goods every Monday and Friday morning. If you need to expeditiously, please contact us via email: Info@hkiyas.com, and you will ship separately.

​Please verify the goods in person with the delivery staff. If there is any damage, please reject it. If there is any damage after receiving the goods, Art Box will not be responsible.

 

Return and replacement policy

For any goods that need to be returned, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt, and return the artwork together with the original receipt and proof of collection. The return shipping fee shall be borne by yourself.

Refund method

After receiving the returned goods, the Art Box Refund Center will process the refund. The refund will be based on the payment method used when ordering.

If you pay by credit card, we will return the refund to your card issuing bank within 3 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank to find out when it will be deposited into your account.
