Value-added plan details and process
1. Five years after your collection certificate expires, you can choose any artwork at Art Box with 150% of the original value. And confirm by email notification.
2. After confirmation, send the originals of your collection, collection certificate and notarized report back to Art Box (shipping is paid)
3. Art Box will inspect the collection within three days after receiving the above originals. (Whether the collection is genuine and damaged)
4. After passing the inspection, you will be notified to pay the difference (if any). We will send the new artwork, collection certificate and notary verification report (freight collect) within seven days after receiving the difference.
5. If the inspection fails, we will notify the reason by mail and send all original documents back (freight collect).
